JCHX has introduced mature international technologies and processes to localize the production of advanced mining equipment in China. It collaborates with the Finnish company Normet to manufacture a series of underground articulated multi-purpose vehicles. The company has established an equipment innovation base in Miyun, Beijing, and a production base in Daye, Hubei Province. Through its own research and development, it has created the “King Ant” brand of mining equipment. This series of mining equipment has achieved excellent results during industrial trials, and multiple products have now entered the mass production stage.
Among these, the KATUQ25 underground dump truck equipped with wet spring braking and the KAT307, KAT410, and KAT614 diesel LHDs have successfully passed product appraisals conducted by expert panels from the Mining Academic Committee of the China Non-Ferrous Metals Society. Multiple vehicle types, including concrete mixer trucks, 7T, 10T, and 14T diesel LHDs, wet shotcrete sprayers, scaling rigs, and underground cranes, have obtained Mining Product Safety Certificates and have been successfully applied in various major mines both domestically and internationally. High-altitude, large-capacity diesel LHDs are currently operating in well-known domestic mines such as Gansu Bolun Mining and Pulang Copper Mine under Yunnan Diqing Nonferrous Metals.
Company continues to invest heavily in the research and development of new energy and intelligent mining equipment. Specifically, its new energy lithium-ion battery-powered electric LHD has successfully passed industrial trials under harsh high-temperature and high-humidity conditions, making a positive contribution towards low-noise, pollution-free mine underground operations.
