In the afternoon of 23 Oct 2018, Mr. Chen Jinghe, Chairman of Zijin Mining, along Mr. He Dengping, GM – Mine Management Division, Mr. Shi Yujie, Director – Beijing Office, and Mr. Chen Zuoxiang, Chairman of Xing Wan Xiang paid a visit to JCHX headquarters in Beijing. Mr. Wang Xiancheng, Chairman of JCHX warmly welcomed the delegation, and a discussion was held with the participation of Mr. Peng Huaisheng, President of JCHX Group, Mr. Li Zhanmin, President of JCHX Mining, Mr. Wang Cicheng, VP, Mr. Fang Shuiping, Chief Costing Expert, Mr. Li Honghui, Chief Shaft Sinking Expert.
Zijin Ming is a large mining group oriented in exploration and development of gold, copper, zinc and other metals. Starting from Zijinshan Gold Mine, it has now extended the business footprints to 24 provinces (or autonomous regions) in China, and 9 foreign countries, covering several metal products such as gold, copper, and zinc.
In-depth cooperation on Kamoa Project in DRC witnessed the business intimacy between JCHX and Zijin Mining. This visit was intended to further strengthen mutual communication and expand cooperation between two sides.
During the discussion, Mr. Chen asked about the progress of Kamoa Project and further plan. Mr. Wang introduced current work scope, progress according to schedule, input of mechanical equipment, further plans, as well as JCHX strategy of business expansion on ‘domestic & overseas markets’ and ‘five main scopes’.
As a leading mining corporate in China, Zijin has rich experience in domestic and overseas mining investment. Mr. Chen made an introduction on the achievements and experiences on mining investment and cooperation with foreign companies. He also complimented JCHX on its technology, advanced machinery, and capability of providing world-class mining service, recognized its determination to build JCHX an unique brand.
