Under the great support of the Owner, engineering institute, supervision company, JCHX management, and tremendous efforts from all personnel on site, the construction of Yinshan Multi-function Shaft Tower was eventually completed on 26 Jan 2019 after 437 days of sweat and tears.
The covered area of the tower is 410m2×10 floors. The elevation of foundation is -6.5m, while the roof of 92m. The construction was commenced on 16 Nov 2017, acceptance of foundation pit excavation completed on 20 Dec 2017, reinforced concreting and filling for foundation completed on 8 Feb 2018.
Main construction work and all reinforced concreting were conducted from 6 Mar 2018 to 4 Dec for first floor up to the 10th floor and capping was completed on 26 Jan 2019. In the progress the team faced bottlenecks in lifting of beam and bridge crane, for which the procedure was deliberately organized, executed and strictly supervised.
During the execution, the team has unswervingly adhered to the policy of Safety & Prevention First, in order to ensure safety production and zero harm through implementing safety technical measures and safety management policies, promptly adjusting safety tasks subject to the changes on site.
Under the great support and assistance of all involved units, all targets have been achieved in terms of construction milestones, work quality, and safety, which laid solid foundation for the future production and expansion of Yinshan Mine.
