Last December, 20 trainees were sent to China for training in response to the Belt and Road Initiative, among whom Zambia trainees took lecturing tours upon returning back to Zambia, which caused intensive response.
Upon their return, a welcome meeting was held by overseas division where trainees gave speeches about their training courses and visits in China, extended their gratitude for having this opportunity to understand Chinese culture and visit JCHX headquarter. After that, Executive DGM, Mr. Guo Dadi, delivered a speech appreciating all efforts they made in this process, and contributions to the development of JCHX business in Zambia, he showed great confidence in them for making greater contributions.
In addition, all trainees were asked to write down their gains and thinking, based on which a training curriculum were drafted And a delegation of 3 trainees were appointed by HR dept, to take 4-day lecturing tours and deliver speeches to different projects in Zambia incl Lubambe Project, Chambishi Project, Luanshya Project, Chibuluma Project and KCM Project.
Their speeches were warmly welcomed and highly recognized by all Zambian employees, who expressed their sincere expectations for more training and lecturing of this kind, which not only strengthened their sense of belonging and honor, but also help them to know more about corporate culture and traditions of the company.
As the implementation of Belt & Road Initiative entering the next stage and as cooperation deepening, an integration of Chinese culture and Zambia culture and mutual benefits shall definitely be achieved.
