Work Description: Contract Mining at Gacun Silver Mine

Baiyu silver mine is located in Baiyu County, Ganzi Autonomous Region of Sichuan Province, at an altitude of 4000m. The scope of work for JCHX comprises of underground development, ground support, mining production and ore extraction, backfilling and packing (excl. filling barricade), and O&M of filling equipment and facilities.
Production scale in 2019 reached 1 mtpa, annual stope development is 8508m/71151m³, primary development 3456m/23894m³, filling quantity of 111488m³, and long-hole drilling of 66000m.
With a designed capacity of 0.8 mtpa and a cutting volume of 66,800 m³/a, the project covers works such as development, support, mining and extraction, mining cutting, long-hole drilling, blasting, drawing, level haulage, ore haulage to ROM silo of processing plant via main adit, auxiliary works, backfilling and installation, etc.
