Project Overview : Located at the border between the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) and Zambia, the Kinsenda Project marks the fourth major contract undertaken by JCHX’s Mining Services segment in the DRC. The mine features a mixed copper sulfide and copper oxide ore body, owned by KICC (a subsidiary of Metorex Group under the Jinchuan Group).
Scope of Work & Infrastructure : The comprehensive project encompasses both underground and surface operations. The primary infrastructure consists of:
Underground Mine Construction: Including capital development, stope preparation development, and ore extraction.
Surface Facilities: Featuring a surface processing plant (concentrator), a tailings dam (Tailings Storage Facility / TSF), and other supporting infrastructure.
