17th to 18th July, 2013, JCHX held 2013 midyear working conference in Cihu Garden, Huangshi City, Hubei Province, with an attendance of total 196 representatives from headquarters, branches and subsidiaries. The conference. concentrated on summarizing the performance of the first half year objectively, analyzing current situation and existing problems, coming up with feasible solutions under the guidance of Annual Administration Report 2013, and aimed at the unification of thoughts, enhancement of awareness, standardization of management and implementation for completing the set annual targets.
The conference was commenced with the anthem of JCHX at 8:00 a.m. of 18th July. Mr. Guo Dadi, Deputy GM, and Chairman of the Union presided over the conference.
On behalf of Mr. Wang Xiancheng, GM of JCHX, Mr. Wang Qinghai, the Assistant GM，presented the midyear work report titled Working hard, Unifying Thoughts, Enhancing Management and Promoting the Three Work For the Achievement of Objectives of 2013. Mr. Yin Shizhou, CFO, gave the midyear financial report.
The midyear work report summarized the performance of first half year, pointed out that the company and staff have endeavored and progressed a lot while achieving significantly on implementing the comprehensive budget management, projects standardization and internal management controlling system in accordance to the spirit from 2013 annual work conference.
The report emphasizes that facing the new situations, developments and problems in mining industry, we should unify our thoughts, firmly stick to our goals, clarify the ideas, face problems, take rigorous actions, enhance communication and cooperation,, enhance the sense of responsibility and improve implementation capacity, to finally put forward the overall and systematic operation and management, achieve the annual target and build a solid foundation for the great-leap-forward development of next year.
During the session, all subsidiaries and branches organized representatives to discuss mid-year work report, find existing problems and reasons,,and come up with solutions in accordance with measures and objectives pointed by the report.
In the morning of 19th July the General Managers of subsidiaries presented work report and proposed detailed measures and arrangements for completing the work target of second half year.
Mr. Wang Xiancheng, the Board Chairman, concluded the conference with a speech which make specific requests on “Three Tasks”, Team Building, System Building and Soft-power Construction.
The conference was concluded successfully with the completion of all the scheduled agenda in a cheerful atmosphere.
