Recently, Mr. Wang Xiancheng, Chairman of JCHX Group, inspected Lubambe Copper Mine and Lonshi Copper Mine for safety production, operational management, and team building. During the visit, he also set forth specific requirements for the sustainable, high-quality development of resource development.
At Lubambe, Mr. Wang was briefed on the progress of the flotation improvement project. He emphasized that work safety must always be the top priority, technological transformation must be advanced efficiently, and safety, production, and upgrading efforts must be well coordinated. Process optimization and capacity alignment should be planned well in advance, striving to steadily improve the processing efficiency of the concentrator before the mining technical upgrade is completed, thereby reducing costs, increasing efficiency, improving quality, and stabilizing production.
After acknowledging Lubambe's recent efforts in management optimization, safety production, and team building since the beginning of this year, Mr. Wang demanded that the management team of LCM place safety as priority throughout all production processes and build a management and technical team for the sustainable development of the mine. He also urged to optimize mine design based on actual production conditions, with a focus on achieving production target, ensuring high output, and enhancing overall efficiency—making design improvements in light of underground operating conditions and resource occurrence characteristics. Key project milestones must be closely monitored, with equal emphasis on accelerating progress and improving efficiency to ensure orderly project coordination. Adhering to the principles of lean management and control, as well as cost reduction and efficiency enhancement, the mine should continuously raise its profitability and self-directed development capability.
At Lonshi Copper Mine, Mr. Wang conducted a focused inspection of the dam embankment construction quality of the Phase II tailings storage facility. At the industrial site of main and auxiliary shaft in East Zone, he demanded that the quality of concrete pouring for shaft sinking must be strictly controlled and daily inspections of hoisting and winding equipment strengthened to ensure safety. At the 960mL pump station, Mr. Wang called for strict adherence to safety and quality standards during installation, while accelerating construction progress, to ensure stable system operation.
When addressing extraction operations underground, Mr. Wang pointed out that the dilution and ore loss must be strictly controlled to achieve maximum resource value, emphasizing that underground safety and civilized production should follow best international practices. Intensify efforts for exploration and prospecting in deep and peripheral areas, supporting scientific mining with high-quality geological work, and striving for new increases in resource volume.
