On April 15th JCHX Mining Management Co Ltd (hereinafter referred to as JCHX) held a keynote session with the topic of “What We Should Do to Start Anew”. Facing the continuous severeness in mining sector and unfortunate shutdown of several projects, there are only two options left for us, we can either cheer up and fight back harder, or stay numb and continue to deliberate. At his moment, everyone has become aware of the significance of the Start Anew strategy.
The enterprising spirit of JCHX enabled it to develop fast and continuously for the past nineteen years, and made it one of the top mining contractors in China. Its achievements are very promising and encouraging, especially since it went on public on last June 30th , however, these led some of our employees into blindness and arrogance.
Therefore, JCHX launched “Start Anew” campaign, which requires all the employees to pay attention to the overall situation, unexpected development, accountability, target, to enhance work enthusiasm, sense of responsibility and executive capacity, to strictly follow the principle of cost-reduction, efficiency improvement, reform and innovation etc.
Mr. Dejun Pei, Manager of Huize Project expressed his confidence of leading his team to overcome all challenges and increase the total output by RMB 20 million this year. It is obvious that JCHX will conquer no matter what difficulties and survive the cold winter of mining industry.
