From May 24-27th , the first session of production technique training was held in Miyun County. Totally 29 technical personnel from Production Technology Center, Beijing Branch, Shaft Sinking Branch, Central South Branch and relevant projects attended the session, during which Mr. Zhanmin Li – President gave important guidance and speech.
The training program includes various topics such as internal corporate control, compilation of production schedule, management of work completion documents as well as work visas, recording and application of scientific & technological achievements, preparation of engineering designs and technical reports for different expertise, and the lectures were given by different technical experts.
Mr. Zhanmin Li mentioned in his speech that production technicians should focus on voluntarily addressing, solving and learning from any problems, continuously enhance writing skills in terms of their professionals and improve English skills through practice; meanwhile find the target for career development, draw experiences and make self-progresses.
On the last day, a speech competition was held in terms of five major topics, covering production technique, technical management system, production technical problems-addressing, cost-reduction by improving techniques, self accomplishments through enhancing technical skills. Based on practice, the participants gave wonderful speeches and came up with several feasible ways to address problems.
