In May 2017, Huanggang Project received a challenging assignment from the client — to extract a complete piece of ore weighing about 30 tonnes from underground which will be transported to Hohhot as ore specimen for exhibition.
Upon receiving the assignment, the project immediately organized the entire management and technical personnel to discuss and formulate an extraction plan. The safety of personnel and vehicles, weight, height and size of ore are fully considered prior to blasting and extraction.
Through hard and complicated operation, a giant ore weighing up to 35 tons was mined. However, how to safely and completely transport it to the surface become a major test. A joint operation of forklift and trailer is required to complete the assignment. After prudent considerations and provision of possible measures, project finally managed to successfully transport the giant ore to the surface on June 6, 2017. The exhibition of this huge mineral specimen represents the wondrous achievement of JCHX.
