In the morning of October 14, atmosphere inside the office of Chambishi Project Department of JCHX Zambia was warm and bursting with happiness, as the company was launching a farewell party for the children of Zambian staff to study abroad in China. Mr. ZHANG Jun the General manager attended the party and delivered a speech. Other relevant leaders of JCHX Zambia and Chambishi Project, and the selected children as well as their family members attended the farewell party. Since JCHX won the bid for construction project successfully in Zambia in 2000 , it has been treating the Zambian staff with equal care, and making their good impression on Chinese continue to deepen. For over 10 years of operation in Zambia, many staff wished and have sent their children to study in China, and many more students are going to study in China.
On this farewell party, Mr. ZHANG Jun, Vice President of JCHX Mining Management Co.,Ltd. and the General Manager of JCHX Zambia delivered a passionate speech on behalf of the company and expressed congratulations to these children who will further their study in China, and put forward a few wishes and requirements for them. First is to complete the mission and cherish the hard-won opportunity, study hard, learn skills, and combine personal growth with career development together closely. Second is to strengthen self-management, adapt to the college environment and study life in China as soon as possible, and strive for achievement during the study. Third is to master the Chinese language and understand national conditions and culture of China while learning professional knowledge at the same time, and strive to become a "China Connoisseur", be a good messenger of friendship, exchanges and cooperation in the future to make greater contributions, as their father has done for JCHX’s cause. Mr. ZHANG said that in the future the company will send more children to China to exchange, study, and bring the spirit of the fusion into full play.
In this year, three children will leave for China, and in the next three years they will be studying in Baiyin Institute of Mining and Metallurgy of Gansu Province,and major in Mechatronics, striving to become Zambian mining pillars upon their return from China.
