This year, in accordance with the requirements of Mine Hoist System Special Management Measures of the Company, since the beginning of this year, Central South Branch has been actively carrying out weekly and monthly (all-round) special inspection work to mine hoisting system. Branch office designated full-time personnel for specific control of the lifting system of the entire branch, specified the responsibilities to each set of lifting system and the implementation of the measures, to make sure of seamless safety. As of now, this work has achieved remarkable results.
The hoisting system is one of the most important tools for transportation of personnel and material in the mining industry, which has always been the center of equipment and safety management. In recent years, because of the change of the construction technology, the number of the lifting system used has been decreasing gradually, and the pressure of safety control of hoisting system for the branch has decreased. But the team members did not relax the emphasis on the importance of the lifting system due to the decrease of the equipment quantity, and enhanced the the safety control of the lifting system. In 2017, due to the influence of the external environment, the pressure of production and operation on branch company is gradually increasing. Under current circumstances of mining industry, safety is the root for the of an enterprise .
In view of the above situation, taking its own actual characteristics into consideration, the branch defined the safety control focuses so as to raise safety control requirements of the hoisting system to a new stage. As the competent department of the hoisting system, the department of equipment and materials, through a series of inspection work, checked out some hidden troubles in the hoisting system, and stifled the hidden threats in the cradle and ensured the security of the whole branch. Thanks to strict and decent special inspection, while ensuring the safe operation of hoisting system, safety awareness of the staff in other aspects also is raised, and the branch strives to win the campaign of ensuring safe production in the fourth quarter of this year to achieve the performance objective of no accident, and nil casualty.
