Recently, the production of Chambishi Department in June passed the inspection by owner, and it spread that the BM-50 crew for 400mL refreshed the record of single machine driving of 447m/month which was set in October 2001, with advance of 485.7m in June and excavation amount of 6,187.3 cubic meters, and set a new Zambian national record for monthly advancement with such type of machines.
As it stepped into 2017, continuous conflicts on optimization of production organization and lifting in production field of Chambishi project , as well as improvement of watercourse and electricity, came into being and formed many disadvantageous factors. Under such disadvantageous factors, the mining group enhanced measures to overcome difficulties and organize production by shortening shift period, and spot checking and charging oil at off-peak time, and promoted the efficiency of blasting and driving.
In production site, groups were divided for drilling and charging, with management rights circulated to the crew and assistance by production team. In order to improve blasting performance, they further optimized blasting hole arrangements and raised high and strict requirements for hole forming. And loading structure was also improved to execute more scientific design and specification for PIC in situ loading with the result of 3.3m achieved finally, which created essential conditions for BM-50 crew to refresh a record.
Strengthening maintenance and care for equipment is also a premise to ensure highly efficient operation of machine. In order to keep all equipment in good conditions, project department undertook regular and periodical maintenance and care, rotated shifts in situ, and organized equipment spot checking pre-and post-shift changing. Meanwhile, department carried out regular check on systems of water, electricity and ventilation, periodical repair and maintenance of equipment, optimization of production organization, and personnel training, and increased the skill levels of employees. Efficiency increase for blasting and driving, and intactness of equipment acceded to the high production of such team in June.
BM-50 crew refreshed the Zambia national record for monthly excavation advance, which exhibited the construction capacity of JCHX and erected a good reputation of JCHX Chambishi department to overcome hardness and difficulties, and added new performance for the business development of Overseas Business Division. Achievements belong to the past. The working sector of 40mL will sum up experiences learned on this, and make persistent efforts in the next half year so as to make more contributions to create a good figure for JCHX in international mining construction field.
