On 7 Dec, Expert Review Meeting for JCHX Paste Filling Lab was held by China Nonferrous Metals Industry Association in Beijing, during which the scientific & technological results completed by JCHX together with USTB in terms of “lab construction for tailings paste disposal technique”was approved and highly appraised by experts.
The experts paid a site visit to the lab, listened to the report and reviewed technical report, scientific & technological novelty report, patent and thesis etc. Through careful deliberation and discussion, it was agreed that JCHX Paste Filling Lab is equipped with complete, modern, functional instruments and devices forming a pilot filling system, which can be used to test physical & chemical properties of filling material, and it conforms to the development trend of filling mining technology worldwide, brings more benefits to the society and ecological environment; multi-sizes pipe pumping system, deep-cone thickening devices, high-density tailings test instruments are all developed with high technical standards, advanced and innovative technologies; the lab is commisioned and put into service with thorough management policies and well-organized structure. In a word, JCHX Paste Filling Lab is constructed in line with national industrial policies and future mining trend, the equipment, functions and methodology for test and research all achieved international standards.
The experts panel consist of academicians from CAE such as Mr. Runcang YU, Mr. Desheng GU， Mr. Chuanyao SUN, national exploration and engineering master Mr. Fanglai LIU, Prof. Liguan WANG from Central South University, Mr. Xingeng LUO, Prof Senior Engineer from CNMC, Mr. Minjie LIAN, Prof Senior Engineer from Sinosteel. Meanwhile Mr. Huaisheng PENG, President of JCHX Group and Prof. Aixiang WU from USTB along with other project members attended the meeting.
