In the morning of 18 Jan 2018, upon the successful completion of JCHX Annual Work Conference & Second Session of 2nd Workers Congress, Mr. Xiancheng Wang – Chairman of JCHX, and Mr. Zhanmin Li – President of JCHX, cordially met with five Zambian representatives, to extend sincere welcome for their participation in the annual work conference as well as thankfulness for the contribution they made to company development in Zambia.
Through years of development, it now becomes a tradition that each year the outstanding employees from Zambia would be invited to visit China and attend the annual work conference in Beijing together with all the senior management of JCHX and Chinese employees. As JCHX continuously expands its footprint in overseas market, this year we are glad to welcome five Zambian representatives, including Mr. Mwape Aaron Sakala – Assistant HR Manager and Mr. Victor Chileshe – Mine Captain from Chambishi Project, Mr. Dexter Kapolyo – Superintendant from KCM, Mr. Oscar Chilengwa – Mine Captain from Chibuluma Copper Mine and Mr. Dexter Mulima Mooya – Site Manager from Lubambe Copper Mine. The five of them were representatives of thousands of Zambian employees and they were the outstanding employees for 2017.
During work conference, they were awarded with the Outstanding Employees Certificates, as an encouragement to their hard work and amazing performance during past year. In addition, Mr. Sakala gave a speech on behalf of all outstanding Zambian employees during work conference, in which he extended sincere gratitude to the management for the good company policy and rare opportunity of visiting China, he repeatedly expressed his pride as being part of JCHX team, he also pointed out the great contributions that JCHX has done to economic growth and promotion of local employment in Zambia, finally he conveys the confidence and determination on behalf of his people in further boosting company development and strengthening sino-Zambian friendship.
After the work conference, Chairman Wang and President Li held a seperate discussion with Zambian representatives, during which Chairman Wang reviewed the extraordinary development of JCHX in Zambia for the past 18 years, and the profound relationship between chinese and Zambian people. Chairman Wang then expresses his estimation that more Zambian employees will be recuited in the future as JCHX grows bigger, he also expects to see more Zambian people are motivated to join JCHX after they hear from the experiences of our Zambian employees.
Five Zambian representatives shared with the senior executives about their feelings so far in China and touched upon their working condition in Zambia, finally they again expressed the determination in continuously enhancing skills and knowledge and making greater contributions to the company.
