Despite of the cold breezes and extremely low temperature outside, JCHX Plaza was brimming with festive warmth on the date of 18 Jan 2018, as Mr. Tony SHEN, VP of Sandvik China, Mr. Daniel Banister, VP of Sandvik Central Africa along with other delegates visited JCHX Plaza for the purpose of signing Global Strategic Collaboration Agreement.
Before the signing ceremony, Chairman Mr. Xiancheng WANG, President Mr. Zhanmin LI, VP Mr. Cicheng WANG, VP Mr. Yakun WANG and GM of Procurement Center Mr. Bin LIU had a short and friendly discussion with the guests. First of all Chairman WANG expressed appreciation for the long-term good cooperation and support from Sandvik, particularly for its robust product performances and excellent services. He is pleased to see mutual long-term cooperation finally leads to a global strategic collaboration. Meanwhile he pointed out that as a company who values “integrity and credibility”most, JCHX also attaches great importance to it during the selection of partners, Sandvik team always suit its action to the words, that is exactly the reason and foundation for both parties to continuously expand and strengthen cooperation. In addition Chairman WANG gave several advices to Sandvik in terms of strategic development plan on Chinese market, improvement of technical services etc, he sincerely wished Sandvik a greater success.
President LI stressed that Africa is our first-win and also one of our priorities for overseas development. Recently JCHX grew at a faster pace in both Zambia and DRC, as the number of projects and scope of works increase, and while mechanized and modern mining technique further promoted and utilized, our demand for large trackless and intellectual equipment would definitely increase in the future.
Mr. Tony SHEN and Mr. Daniel Banister also gave a brief introduction of recent development of Sandvik, re-addressed its principle of service, identified the major tasks and challenges in Chinese market. Meanwhile they expressed the appreciation and admiration to JCHX and indicated the willingness to further promote and expand cooperation with JCHX on its future strategic development.
The signing ceremony of Global Strategic Collaboration Agreement between JCHX and Sandvik was began after the discussion, under the witness of all attendees, Mr. Cicheng WANG and Mr. Tony SHEN solemnly signed on the agreement respectively on behalf of JCHX and Sandvik. The ceremony was closed in the enthusiastic applause by all attendees.
After that Chairman WANG warmly invited Mr. Tony SHEN and Mr. Daniel Banister to tea lounge and shared his view on cultural integration between China and world, reviewed the history of mutual cooperation and explored future opportunities. Both party firmly believe that this Global Strategic Collaboration Agreement shall facilitate a stronger and longer partnership between JCHX and Sandvik on the basis of mutual trust and benefit.
