On 25 Jan, a new record was created by Haikuang Shilu Project, with single month development of 444.9m/5966.01m³ by Boomer281. The project has been renewing this record repeatedly since last Aug.
1# Boomer 281 is an old equipment which was commissioned in April 2010 and rebuilt in Feb 2014. Last year, the project increased availability of fleet through strengthening maintainence and rebuild, ensured good condition with the contribution from good work designs and strong technical support; cycle times for slagging and development both shortened through efficient coordination and management; the two operators and four charging men assigned for this fleet completed three blasts during each shift despite of the adverse fact of hard rock. Under the concerted effort of all crew, the development record was renewed again and again since last Aug from 334.5m/5069.72m³ to 444.9m/5966.01m³ in Jan 2018, with only one month of stoppage in last Oct due to shortage of explosives.
The continuous enhancement in development not only brought great benefit for the project but also increased value for the operator. Mr. Hongyong Liao was awarded as Outstanding Employee for 2017 in light of his extraordinary achievement and long-term good performance.
