In the morning of 4 Apr 2019, JCHX signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Nerin (China) Engineering Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as Nerin) in Beijing.
Established in October 1957 and through more than 60 years of development, Nerin (formerly as Nanchang Nonferrous Metallurgical Design Institute) has grown into a national survey and design complex integrating engineering design, consultation, exploration, EPC, supervision, tendering and equipment fabrication.
JCHX has a long-term cooperation with Nerin in terms of engineering design and R&D. Signing of this strategic agreement between Nerin and JCHX demonstrates the mutual intention of further cooperation. The signing ceremony was attended by Wu Runhua, GM of Nerin, Liu Xueke, DGM of Nerin and other four executives.
Shao Wu, Yin Shizhou, Gong Qingtian, and Fang Shuiping on behalf of JCHX, attended the signing ceremony, where Chairman Wang Xiancheng extended his sincere welcome to GM Wu. He introduced the strategic layout of “domestic & overseas markets” and development of “five major business scopes”. He showed great confidence in witnessing a brighter future with win-win cooperation with Nerin in terms of technological R&D, equipment manufacturing, particularly in terms of EPC in overseas operations considering that mutual complementarity would unearth respective advantages so as to maximize benefits for both.
GM Wu introduced the extraordinary history of Nerin over the past 50 years, and recognized all the achievements made through efforts. Nerin established “One center, three platforms and eight business scopes” which had a lot in common with strategy of JCHX. Cooperation in way of EPC contracting in overseas market shall explore more potentials for both sides in global market.
After the signing ceremony, GM Wu paid a visit to the exhibition hall under the company of Chairman Wang and other JCHX executives.
