The newly developed and produced 3m³ lithium-battery-driven LHD from JCHX Hubei has been tried out since end of Nov 2019 at Miyun Project, with satisfactory performance and impressive capability.
This product is featured by 1. Longer duration, continuous loading of 65 buckets under the working temperature of 0℃ which is compatible with site requirements; 2. Short charging cycle, with double-port design full charge only requires half hour; 3. High breakout force, easy to maneuver. Robust bucket boom enables easy shoveling; 4. Less noise & zero emission.
Compared with diesel LHD, this battery-driven LHD is more ideal for underground operation for its zero emission of smoke; meanwhile working environment for operator is improved significantly as local high temperature caused by engine no longer exist; to sum up this product achieved energy-conservation, environmental protection, low breakdown, improved safety and higher economic benefits at the same time.
The development team also rack brains to decide the proper appearance and brand name for the product. Upon several discussion and review, it was finally decided the color of LHD should be referred to JCHX flag, while product was named as King Ant, the corresponding Chinese name has been registered at Administration for Industry & Commerce.
