On 16 Jan 2019, before JCHX 2020 annual meeting was drawn to a close, an exciting and milestone event was witnessed by all attendees as President and CEO of Cordoba Minerals Corp. Mr. Eric Finlayson arrived with his team, for the purpose of completing delivery for JCHX’s subscription for common shares in Cordoba.
At the ceremony, Mr. Eric Finlayson and Mr. Qinghai WANG solemnly signed the Shareholder Agreement respectively on behalf of Cordoba and JCHX, marking the completion of delivery. The ceremony was also attended by Mr. Xiancheng WANG, Mr. Huaisheng PENG, and Mr. Zhanmin LI.
Post the signing of Subscription Agreement by Mr. Peter ZHOU, Special Advisor to the Chairman and Representative of Greater China Region of Ivanhoe Capital Corporation, and Mr. Qinghai WANG, Vice Chairman of JCHX on 16 Nov 2019, both parties worked efficiently to facilitate sooner delivery. It was expressed by mutual parties that this cooperation shall lay a solid foundation for the long-term, win-win and strengthened relationship in the future.
The annual meeting was crowned with a successful completion by the delivery ceremony, which symbolizes a brighter future as the lunar new year approaches.
