On 1 Feb 2020, through continuous efforts in production management while fighting coronavirus, monthly output in Miyun Project outperformed the target, representing a good start for 2020.
The record says output value in Jan achieved 107%, ore production achieved 107%, development works also achieved 107%, performance of SB1345 drilling jumbo exceeded 12000m/month, totally 24293m was completed by two drilling jumbos, equivalent to 101% of the target.
At this very special time of year under epidemic situation, Miyun Project was informed to continue with production when they were prepared for a suspension. All the crew for stope preparation and cutting works were relocated, some equipment and materials transferred, it was very challenging to mobilize sufficient labor and fleet as Spring Festival is approaching.
Despite of the obstacles, Miyun Project tried its best to source while report to branch company and HQ seeking help. Following which experts and relevant personnel were dispatched on-site to assist in technical proposal, and resources allocation, thus to resolve the difficulties.
Epidemic situation became more severe just as everything is ready for resuming production. Under the command of JCHX and Miyun Epidemic Prevention Department, the principle of “No holidays for on-duty employees, no return of employees on leave” was strictly enforced, and in the spirit of solidarity and indomitability, personal health and equipment availability were ensured by well-organized labor arrangement. In so doing a good start was witnessed at Miyun Project at the beginning of this year.
