On 17 Jul 2020, a delegation from Xuzhou Construction Machinery Group Co Ltd (hereinafter referred to as XCMG) led by VP Mr. Liu Jiansen，Deputy GM of LHD Division Mr. Ren Daming paid a visit to JCHX head office in Beijing. Chairman of JCHX Mr. Wang Qinghai, Vice Chairman Mr. Li Zhanmin, VP Mr. Wang Cicheng extended sincere welcome to and had a great discussion with XCMG delegation before both parties signed the strategic cooperation agreement.
Established in March of 1989, XCMG stays in leading position in China’s construction machinery business and ranks the fourth in the world. XCMG and JCHX have a long-term and good cooperation based on which XCMG supports JCHX in promoting mining mechanization by offering state-of-the-art and diverse mining machineries.
XCMG delegation was briefed on JCHX development history over past two decades and was shown around the JCHX exhibition hall.
Soon afterwards both parties had a discussion in the meeting room where Chairman Wang extended his sincere gratitude for the tremendous support from XCMG over past years. Both parties reached a consensus on furtherly utilizing mutual advantages and deepening cooperation in mining industry, hence it was agreed to establish a long-term strategic partnership in the spirit of complementary advantages, mutual benefit and win-win solution.
Mr. Liu introduced the rapid development and remarkable achievements XCMG has made in recent years, particularly he shared more details on the nine fleet-package solutions which XCMG offers in terms of mining machinery and UG construction equipment.
In the witness of all attendees, Mr. Wang Cicheng and Mr. Liu Jiansen signed the strategic cooperation agreement on behalf of each party.
