On December 30, 2021, a strategic cooperation agreement was signed between Kingnor Mining Equipment Co., Ltd. (“Kingnor”) and Shanxi Huifeng Special Automobile Co., Ltd. (“Shanxi Huifeng”), with the presence of Mr. Zhouhe, GM of Shanxi Huifeng, Mr. Li Qiang, deputy GM of Shanxi Huifeng, Mr. Li Zhanmin, Chairman of Kingnor and Mr. Xu Bin, GM of Kingnor.
Based in Changzhi and affiliated to Huaihai Industries Group of China North Industries Group, Shanxi Huifeng specializes in the R&D and manufacturing of explosive mixing trucks, while Kingnor is a Daye-based joint venture between JCHX Hubei and Normet, focused on the manufacturing of various utility vehicles for underground mines.
In view of the common advantages shared between Kingnor and Shanxi Huifeng in terms of technical R&D and manufacturing process of large mining equipment, both parties wish to promote cooperation in products R&D and manufacturing and pursue win-win development by signing this strategic cooperation agreement.
Both parties wish to deepen communication and exchanges, use complementary advantages by sharing advanced technologies and market resources. Both sides expressed joint efforts will be made very soon to improve the safety, reliability and cost performance of UG charging machine, so as to promote the transformation of special-purpose vehicles for UG mines towards high quality level.
The agreement was executed by Mr. Xu and Mr. Li on behalf of both sides respectively.
