In the past year, Luanshya project overfulfilled annual production target through concerted efforts while combating against COVID-19 and ensuring safety and stability. Hence, it was awarded as “Model Team in the Pandemic Fight” by JCHX Overseas Division.
Recently, an award ceremony was held at Luanshya project where 61 local employees were awarded for their outstanding performance, including 1 with first prize, i.e. “the Most Influential Safety Management Personnel”, 30 with second prizes, i.e. “Outstanding Contribution Award”, and 30 with third prizes, i.e. “Model Safety Workers”.
Award winners come from different sections and departments covering multiple disciplinaries and specialties, the evaluation was conducted based on the principle of fairness and transparency with reward presented through the project’s special funds. One of the winners has won the award for 3 consecutive years, who is referred to as “Super Model for Safety Management”.
The award ceremony was opened in a warm and cheerful atmosphere, and the award winners came on stage one after another to receive their awards and deliver speeches. They were all in high spirits with confident and bright smiles on their faces. All the winners expressed their determinations in continuing hard work and making new achievements in 2022, greatly encouraging all participants.
At the end, a collective oath brought the award ceremony to a climax, in which everyone promised that they will continue to work hard based on the principle of “safety first, do the best; obey rules, no violation".
