Recently good news came one after another at Chambishi project. Following the successful breakthrough between 500mL and 600mL of 2# decline three days ahead of schedule, in April the monthly advance footage by two M2C dual-boom drilling jumbos reached 1028m at the new panel of the west orebody, a historical high.
As a pilot panel upgraded and reconstructed by the Employer in 2018, 400 panel of the west orebody is mined with upperhand horizontal drift and filling method, equipped with M2C dual-boom drilling jumbo and BM281 drilling jumbo.
The project prepared an efficient construction plan during upgrading, reconstruction and production ramp up, laying a solid ground for stable construction progress.
In addition, equipment efficiency and blasting effect were constantly improved through technical training and site supervision, sufficient working faces for M2C were prepared by balancing stoping works and filling works, and the communication between surface workers and UG workers was strengthened via continuous improvement of IT development.
