Mr. Wang, Chairman of JCHX Group, visited JCHX Dikulushi Copper Mine Project from May 16 to May 20 to extend greetings to the front-line employees and give instructions in respect of the key works, with the company of Ms. Bian Li, International Business Director, and Mr. Zhang Jun, Deputy GM of JCHX Overseas Division.
Mr. Wang arrived on site after a 14-hour travel, and spent no time for rest before sending his greetings to the project team upon arrival. Besides, he urged the management to ensure the safety and health of every personnel and create a sound working and living environment.
On May 17, Mr. Wang listened to the report and inspected the processing plant, laboratory, maintenance workshop, power plant, warehouse, open pit and tailings dam before giving instructions regarding equipment operation and geological exploration.
On May 18, Mr. Wang turned to UG faces to inspect production and exploration works, during when he urged the project to adopt different support method based on actual rock conditions to ensure safe production, and organize workforce reasonably to establish a local team with work experience and adequate skills.
On May 19, Mr. Wang gave 6 targeted instructions to the project management concerning further production improvement, i.e. fully leveraging the role of the management, pragmatically carrying out contracting and assessment works to motivate workers, increasingly strengthening equipment maintenance and repair to improve equipment availability, constantly enhancing materials management to further reduce the cost, continuously optimizing exploration plan to advance exploration activities, and unremittingly boosting the harmonious relationship between Chinese employees and local staff to improve production efficiency.
Later Mr. Wang attended the plenary to present JCHX’s company culture and the development strategy of “two markets and five business sectors” and give instructions to the project over equipment maintenance, materials consumption, and production efficiency improvement. Besides, he also encouraged the project employees to combat against all challenges to promote the project development to a new level.
The visit of Mr. Wang has significantly encouraged all workers, who committed that they will live up to the expectations of the company and make more contributions to the implementation of the 5th Five-Year Development Plan.
