Concerted efforts have been made by Chambishi Copper Mine Project to overfulfill the production target in Q2, with 54,642m3 development completed, significantly increased compared to the same period last year, and 386,100t ores extracted, 120,000t more than that in Q1. The production development by M2C dual-boom drilling jumbo in the new panel in Q2 exceeded 1,000m with an ore extraction of over 80,000t despite complicated geological conditions, hitting the record high.
While taking the pandemic control measures on a continuing basis, the Project strengthened its self-management of work safety and enhanced support and supervision by various functional departments, under the concerted efforts from and coordination between safety, equipment and technical departments, as well as all sections in new & old panels of the west orebody, main orebody and the west area on 800mL. Besides, production is carried out in strict accordance with technical requirements to improve efficiency, site conditions fully leveraged, the preparations for stope backfilling closely supervised, and construction management further optimized to ensure the successful completion of Q2 target.
In the face of challenging safety production and operation target in Q3, the Project is committed to striding ahead for favorable working conditions by adopting a strict performance assessment system and improving production-link efficiency to lay a solid foundation for the fulfillment of H2 and yearly production target.
