
Recently, good news came from Kinsey Project that monthly output (including by-product) reached 93,441 tons in September, hitting a record high since the commencement of production.
Following the leadership and working closely together are the key for such success. To timely find and solve problems in production and improve work efficiency, the management personnel stuck on Site and strengthened communication with the front-line workers in terms of work safety, production management, and quality control. The management personnel of each department personally participated in works like road cleaning, bolt processing and cable laying together with front-line workers, to ensure the completion of target.
According to the Owner’s production plan, weekly meetings are held to breakdown specific works, clarify daily working areas and work volume, which guaranteed the completion of weekly and monthly goals. Technical Department tracks the whole process to timely tackle the existing problems.
In view of the insufficient work faces and tricky positions of stopes on -80mL, as well as objective factors such as short access, frequent relocation, and tight mining and filling cycles, efforts were made to accelerate the construction of filling barricade with good quality to realize fast mining and filling. Equipment Department work closely with Production Department to improve equipment efficiency and reduce failure rate, with management personnel held responsible for equipment supervision.
