Recently, good news came from Chambishi Project that monthly output reached 148,999 tons in October, hitting a monthly record high over the past five years. Besides, the monthly production in the new panel of west orebody reached 85,000 tons for the first time, and monthly development by two M2C dual-boom drilling jumbos exceeded 1000m for four consecutive months.
At the end of September, the management comprehensively and objectively analyzed the performance of Q1-Q3, further strengthened confidence in fulfilling 2022 targets and formulated specific measures for completing Q4 target.
Safety comes first. To ensure safety production and efficiency, the management personnel, PICs and foremen are required to go underground and take turn to work on night shifts, pay close attention to the attendance of workers and availability of equipment, closely supervise the work conditions in high-risk stopes and stopes with broken ground. All sections shall be held fully accountable for their respective safety management. Hazards identification and eradication shall be done under the leadership of Chinese Foreman with the assistance of local safety management personnel.
Strengthen production organization, complete equipment inspection, making safe of development end, sorting out of tools and appliances during the last 30 minutes of each shift, to provide a sound working environment for the following shift. Timely communicate with the Owner about power supply, ventilation, and locomotive operation to improve the efficiency of service system.
Also, communication with maintenance organization and the Owner’s equipment management department should be strengthened to avoid and minimize breakdowns. All sections are required to maintain the balance of mining and backfilling as well as balance between development and mining, to lay a solid foundation for the sustainable production in the future.
