Female employees of JCHX overseas projects celebrated the 113th International Women’s Day on March 8.
A sightseeing trip to Lake Mindolo and some recreational activities were organized for female employees of JCHX Overseas Division and Southeast Orebody project (Chambishi Mine) where they enjoyed a joyous and delicious barbeque.
At Chambishi project, all female employees were taken to Nkana Golf Club on March 4 to experience golfing and relax themselves, in addition government-organized activities including festival parade in tailor-made clothing were organized on March 8 for them to celebrate the day.
In the morning of March 8, female employees at KCM project headed to Chililabombwe Mine Club, wearing clothes with local characteristics and holding high the flag with JCHX logo, to participate in activities organized by the local government.
Cukaru-Peki project prepared flowers and shopping coupons for all female employees, during when representatives shared their work experiences.
At Shalkiya project, a meeting was organized in the morning of March 7 for all female employees, during when the project manager extended heartfelt thanks to them for their devotion and contributions, and female employees expressed their gratitude to the project for the long-standing supports and presented their suggestions for company development.
