Chairman Wang Xiancheng Inspects JCHX Serbia Branch

From March 4 to 15, Mr. Wang Xiancheng, Chairman of JCHX Group, inspected Kinsey project, Bor project, Peki project and Wassa project, where he made instructions on safety production, operation management, employee care, team building, talent cultivation and market expansion and extended warm regards to both Chinese and foreign employees.

At Kinsey project, Mr. Wang went first to -220mL to learn about rock structures, status of long-hole drilling jumbo, and the progress of stope barricade construction. During when, he stressed the need to enhance equipment performance, refine construction techniques, and accelerate production in long-hole stopes while maintaining mining-filling balance. When visiting the section with broken ground of -280mL conveyor decline, he checked the progress of steel arch support works and provided targeted technical guidance. He emphasized that safety production is the top priority, and to ensure which, measures were asked to be further refined proactively. He required the project team to accelerate construction of the section with broken ground to ensure the timely commissioning of the ore crushing and passing system to lay a solid foundation for production increase in the H2 of the year.

At Bor project, Mr. Wang recognized the standardized construction and quality of the ore passing and crushing system, particularly the crushing chamber, and put forward follow-up requirements. At Peki project, he acknowledged the construction progress and the standard site management after listening to the report on the project progress, manpower allocation, equipment mobilization, materials supply, etc, and called for frequent exchanges with the Employer and other relevant parties, further improving workflows and enhancing technical capacity to carry out grouting and other works in a swift and safe manner to prepare for the Phase II works.

At Wassa project, Mr. Wang visited 242mL and B-shoot zone and instructed the project team to strictly adhere to the process requirement, to ensure drilling accuracy of the lifter and improve the quality of drives. He also highlighted the necessity of establishing a talent pool to leverage the strengths of the project staff. Invited by the Employer, he also visited Father Brown Mine.

During discussions with the management team of JCHX Serbia Branch, Mr. Wang made requirements on talents training, which he called the cornerstone of high-quality growth. He urged the Serbia Branch to prioritize talent cultivation, improve training programs and incentive mechanisms to spur their motivation and creativity, establish an open and diversified promotion channel, through which to support a long-term quality development of the project, and strengthen systematic thinking to enhance the collaboration and execution capacity of the team. Mr. Wang encouraged it to give full play to coordination and actively take the leading role in making new breakthroughs, and required all projects and disciplines to cooperate closely to take the initiative to increase work efficiency by consistently refining construction planning and work process, and accelerate progress and achieve KPIs through optimizing the allocation of manpower and materials. Mr. Wang also demanded expanding market share to advance international development.
