In order to promote and enhance standardization management, JCHX held a video conference on September 12th 2013 reviewing the work done for the first half year. The conference was presided over by the Deputy General Manager — Mr. Zhang Jun, attended by all management staff from headquarters and branches, inspection group of standardization work, management team and captains of different projects.
In the conference, Chief Engineer — Mr. Gong Qingtian announced the results of inspection on standardization work, and Deputy General Manager — Mr. Guo Dadi gave a review report. Later, General Manager — Mr. Wang Xiancheng raised some requirements for second half year in this repect:
1. All leaders should attach great importance to the standardization management work, increase the awareness of standardization management among all employees, and vigorously push forward the standardization management work;
2. Leadership from headquarters and branches and all departments of different specialty should pay more visits to projects, supervise and instruct their work on standardization management, provide support and guidance to solve existing problems accordingly;
3. The inspection group should summarize and popularize previous experience, work out the detailed arrangement and plan for the following four months and ensure the standardization management work being effectively and fully implemented.
