From Jan 19th to 21st, the Work Conference for 2015 and 4th Session of the First Workers’ Congress of JCHX were held in Mercure Wanshang Beijing with attendance of over 200 representatives, managers or employees. Mr. Peng Shijie, Vice President of JCHX presided over the event during which Mr. Peng Huaisheng, President of JCHX presented the work report and Mr. Wang Xiancheng, Chairman of JCHX gave a summary speech.
Mr. Peng Huaisheng summarized the work done in 2014, pointed out the weaknesses, the guidelines and major tasks for work in 2015. Meanwhile representatives from all levels fully discussed the three major tasks including deepen reformation, cost reduction & efficiency improvement, project normalization.
During the session, all branches (subsidiaries) and projects signed Contracting & Production Safety Responsibility Agreement for 2015 with the Company.Mr. Peng Shijie, Vice President and Chairman of the Trade Union of JCHX signed Collective Agreement on behalf of all the employees with Mr. Peng Huaisheng, President of the Company.
Mr. Li Honghui, the winner of “Luban Award for China Construction Works” was honored during the session, Subei Project and Cangshan Project, which have contributed a lot in technology innovation and reformation campaign, and all the outstanding projects, outstanding project managers and outstanding employees were honored too.
Finally Mr. Wang Xiancheng, Chairman and Secretary of Party Committee, summarized the achievements and failures for the works in 2014, gave commendations to the outstanding projects and individuals, and severely criticized the problems, bad habits and faults that have been existing for a long time; meanwhile he fully interpreted the major tasks for this year and proposed clear idea of how to build a harmonized family-like team where all employees could tolerate and help each other.
The three-day conference helped all of us to reach consensus and find out the objectives for this year. Everyone expressed their enthusiasm about achieving the production target for 2015 and keeping sustainable development through joint effort!
