The development of JCHX Zambia and its projects has always been the priority to JCHX, the President, Mr. Huaisheng Peng paid a visit there from Aug 13th to 31st and gave instructions.
On the second day upon Mr. Peng’s arrival, he went to Chambishi Project and respectively inspected Main Ore Body, West Ore Body, Southeast Ore Body, and visited specific areas to study underground ventilation, haulage, drainage, ground support condition, such as block caving area at 583ml, 633ml, 643ml, sub-level stoping area at 738ml and other areas in West Ore Body. After that he went to Chibuluma Project and KCM Project, proposing detailed reformation measures and instructions in terms of safety management, production schedules etc.
During his visit, Mr. Peng also indicated that everyone should still have confidence that in the next ten years, JCHX aims to grow by ten times, whether we can realize this dream is depending on how we act today, thus our top priority is to motivate each and every employee. He emphasized the importance of “passion”, “responsibility” and “executive force”. He encouraged all employees to cooperate and support each other, overcome all kinds of difficulties and challenges; to focus on personnel training, especially for Zambian Employees; and to give more space for innovation on management.
