In mid September, Mr. Xiancheng Wang, Chairman of JCHX along with a group of delegates visited Zambia and DRC in Africa, to do market research and conduct site visits to our projects.
During this trip, Mr. Wang went to the work site and listened to the work report of Chambishi, KCM and Chibuluma Mines, he then pointed out existing problems and gave instructions, he asked all managers to strengthen safety production, equipment maintenance, lower procurement costs and strive to complete the annual production target.
Besides, Mr. Wang met with managers from NFCA to exchange ideas about existing problems in Chambishi Mine in terms of production and management, both sides agreed that we should work together to overcome present difficulties and deal with challenges, focus on the future, change way of thinking and increase the overall benefits and efficiency of Chambishi Mine.
In addition, Mr. Wang respectively met with the General Managers from KCM and Chibuluma Mining Plc. Mr. Steven Din from KCM highly recommended our achievements regarding safety management, production efficiency and equipment maintenance, he also hope both sides could further extend cooperation. Mr. Shuancun Bai, GM from Chibuluma Mining Plc introduced in details about Chibuluma’s current development and plans for future, meanwhile he highly recommended JCHX’s performance, especially how we overcome the collapse problem occured in Chifupu decline due to geological conditions, in so doing JCHX made a great contribution to the later construction on site.
