On Dec 7th , JCHX attended the biding for “Contracting for Construction of Production System of Xi Tie Shan Lead & Zinc Mine”, through competitive bidding and three days of notice period, JCHX received the letter of acceptance on 9th from Western Mining, which represents that Xi Tie Shan Lead & Zinc Mine with total value of RMB 356 million is officially contracted by JCHX Mining Management Co., Ltd. construction period from Jan 1 2016 to Dec 31 2018.
The mine is located in the central north of Qaidam Basin, under the jurisdiction of Qinghai Province. The works include underground development (including prospecting), mining, installation engineering. Planned ore production for 2016 is 1.3mt, mining and cutting of 8500m/43000m3 and ground support, underground development of 3600m/34700m3 and ground support, installation works of 2500m.
