From Jan 22 to 24, JCHX held Work Conference for 2016 & Fifth Session of the First Worker’s Congress in Beijing. President Mr. Zhanmin Li, gave a report titled Deepen Reform, Strengthen Control, Lower Cost, Increase Efficiency, Maintain Steady & Healthy Development. Chairman Mr. Xiancheng Wang made an important speech at the end of the session. Totally more than 300 representatives attended the conference, including senior managers, directors,employees from headquarters, managers from branches and subsidiaries, project managers and outstanding employees etc.
The session began in the Anthem of JCHX, and then the Work Report by Mr. Li the President of JCHX. He pointed that today is a crucial day for JCHX as it’s the transition time from “Third Five-year” Strategy to “Fourth Five-year” Strategy, our main task is to draw lessons from previous works and make out new plan; we should encourage our managers, technicians and every employee to deepen reform, strengthen control, lower cost, improve efficiency, ensure the steady and healthy development of the company, try our best to achieve the annual target for 2016.
After that the CFO gave the Annual Financial and Business Report for 2015; representatives from all projects, branches and subsidiaries exchanged their views and experiences with Vice Presidents. During panel discussions, all attendances studied the work report by President, made an in-depth exploration about current trend, existing problems, main targets and identified our core value, strengthen the confidence.
In the end, Chairman Wang made an important speech, in which he not only reviewed the development of JCHX for the past eighteen years despite of hardness, but also analyzed present challenges and opportunities in front of us, at the end of his speech, he proposed grand picture for the development of JCHX in next 5 to 10 years.
He also emphasized that to build a century-old brand, the core lies in the corporate culture. Whether the company strategy and plan shall be the united goal and belief of every employee is dependent on how we build our corporate culture. Nowadays, JCHX recruits more young talents than ever, they are all highly educated and trained, so we must build a common sense of value for every employee, which shall gather, unite and bind us together. Only if we build a common belief for everyone could corporate culture be rooted in our heart, could we draw enough energy and strive to create a better future.
During the session, an awarding ceremony was also held to compliment all outstanding projects and departments, outstanding employees, scientific & technological research achievements and best company news and pictures, etc.
On the last day, an evening party was held in which several dances and songs were performed by our own employees to show their high spirit and confidence.
