On 13th June 2016, it was still snowing in Daxing-anling Project, which locates at the north end of China. President Zhanmin Li along with Chief Economist Shuiping Fang paid a site visit despite of the harsh weather.
Accompanied by the Project Manager Wenxian Wang, President Li inspected ventilation shaft and service shaft, proposed suggestions on how to make improvements in equipment management, inspection and maintenance. Mine captains reported current production on-site, living conditions of employees, as well as existing difficulties and problems.
During the site inspection, Mr. Li paid special attention to labor protection, such as PPE utilization. When he noticed on-going welding operation, he emphasized to the operators that welding helmet and goggles should always be worn during operation to protect themselves from potential hazards. It not only represents the kind attention and caring heart of President Li but also reflects the people-oriented spirit of JCHX.
