From 1st Aug to 12th Aug 2016, HR Center of JCHX conducted induction training for the newly recruited undergraduates. Totally 37 undergraduates from different universities attended the training program.
Firstly, Chairman Mr. Xiancheng Wang gave a speech titled Vision of JCHX, in which he encourages all undergraduates to work at the front line and put their feet on the ground; Vice President Qinghai Wang introduced the company and gave guidance of how to be a member of JCHX, he required all new employees to know themselves as well as to know the company, to seize all opportunities and adapt to the corporate culture; in addition six other management staff from both HR Center and other functioning centers respectively introduced the talent program, corporate culture, potential development, career plan, plan management, equipment management, contract mining and budget management etc. Through the above courses, the newly recruited undergraduates understand better of JCHX, including its history, objectives, culture and business scope, which further help them to adapt to the working environment and to better complete the transformation from students to employees.
During the courses, HR center also organized outward bound, site visits to Miyun Iron Mine Project and Beijing Overhaul & Maintenance Center, forum with young employees, visit to the Great Wall, competitions on corporate culture, company anthem, basketball games etc, through which the new employees truly feel the team spirit of JCHX and strengthened their belief in work down to earth.
