After multiple rounds of consultations regarding the creation of a joint venture on production of underground multi-purpose mining service vehicles, JCHX and the Finnish company Normet finally reached a common goal and signed a joint venture agreement recently. This not only marks the substantive phase of the cooperation between the two sides on the multi-functional service vehicles, but also signifies the official entrance of JCHX into the field of mining equipment manufacturing and a solid step in achieving the company's strategy on business diversification and expansion of the company's industrial chain to improve the risk resistance ability.
In the process of implementation of internationalization strategy, upon studying the global layout of entire industry chain, JCHX has chosen to team up with Normet(Finland), which is a global supplier of underground mine and the tunnel boring equipment as well as the chemicals used with this equipment, and also an internationally recognized world class manufacturer for underground mine special equipment. This time, both sides strive to form a strong partnership in the field of technology R&D and manufacturing of underground mine multi-purpose service vehicle and other aspects, and are committed to creating articulated mine multi-purpose service vehicles with good performance and high safety. Through rapid working compartment swapping structure, the vehicle can realize its multiple purposes in a matter of minutes, namely, one mobile chassis with multiple cassettes, so as to meet different job requirements. The configurable working institutions include: underground mancar, concrete mixer truck, material transporter, scissor lift table, lubricating oil vehicle, fuel transporter, explosive transport vehicle, workshop vehicle, etc. With the gradual deepening of cooperation and identification of niche markets for mine auxiliary vehicles, JCHX and Normet will also carry out cooperation through the JV gradually in the manufacturing of explosive charging vehicles, shotcrete cars, scaling vehicles, mining trucks and other products.
In recent years, JCHX has been attaching great emphasis to strong-strong union with global advanced mining equipment manufacturers in order to comprehensively improve the company's modern equipment and technical level, and turn JCHX into a first-class mining conglomerate. Mr. Wang Xiancheng the Chairman of JCHX stressed repeatedly in the corporate meetings that in addition to continuously maintaining and strengthening the original advantage of company’s traditional business sector on mining construction and mining operations, JCHX must explore new business fields, and build up the company's machinery manufacturing sector. After more than six months of efforts, we finally signed a series of documents with Normet on creation of this joint venture.
This cooperation between JCHX and Normet for manufacture of world's top level underground mine special equipment will fill the blank in the field of high-quality, high security products where there is a lack of domestic manufactured multi-purpose articulated mining service vehicles, which is a significant milestone for enhancing safety level of domestic mines. As the requirements on safety performance of underground equipment are getting higher by national mine safety supervision and management department, the demand for underground multi-functional service vehicles which meet these mine safety requirements is ever increasing. JCHX takes advantage of this favorable opportunity and successfully introduces the world's top manufacturer of such kind of equipment, and launch joint production in its production base in Daye City, Hubei Province. This cooperation will make a positive contribution to the affordable application of underground mining special equipment with highly cost-effective and high safety performance in China.
