Recently, the last segment for the transport system of the repair bay for -845mL of Tonglushan Project passes the inspection by the owner and supervising company, which represents the complete and formal handover of the rail transport system for -845mL. The smooth completion of such project unlocks a new page for rail transport of Tonglushan mine.
The rail laying of -845mL started from November 2016, with various veined tracks laid and only the last 40m of rail for repair bay of mine truck unfinished. In order to overwhelm the last and hardest part, our project department formulated the construction organization in details, and with meticulous construction, assigned specialists for supervision, with the spirit of struggle hard amid difficulties to work continuously. Work group, technique division and safety& environment team worked closely and finalized the installation of the repair bay for mine truck.
The supervising and the owner organized comprehensive testing and inspection after completion of such project. The successful pass of inspection for comprehensive testing implies that the quality of rail transport system for Tonglushan project satisfies completely with the construction and design requirements, and meets the production technique target of Daye Noferrous for Tonglushan copper & iron mine. In the meantime, we will adapt rail transport equipment for such level to carry out the job of transport to save the diesel consumption of LHD and other four wheel vehicles and decrease the ore and waste transport cost of this level.
