On 8 January 2018, senior management from Sandvik – the renowned global engineering group led by Mr. Bjorn Rosengren, President and Chief Executive Officer， Mr. Tomas Eliasson， Executive VP & CFO paid a visit to JCHX. Mr. Wang Xiancheng Chairman of JCHX, Mr. Li Zhanmin, President of JCHX along with other executives held cordial and friendly talks with visitors in the VIP reception room and discussed about future cooperations.
After friendly opening remarks, Chairman Wang Xiancheng first expressed his heartfelt thanks to Sandvik for its long-term support in terms of mining equipment supply and after-sale service as JCHX’s strategic partner, and expressed appreciation to the impressive performance of the group in the past year. At the same time, Chairman Wang introduced the growth and achievements of JCHX with Sandvik equipment in full play in the projects, presented JCHX development strategy in 2018 and in near term. He stressed in particular that JCHX is strengthening the effort in overseas development and is expecting a closer and stronger cooperation between two sides regarding equipment procurement, technical exchanges, mining automation and other aspects as a result of an expanding overseas markets. Meanwhile he expects Sandvik equipment to play a more important role in this process.
Mr. Rosengren, President of Sandvik, warmly congratulated JCHX for its rapid development in 20 years and pointed out the significance that Chinese market bears in its business development, expressed the confidence in further improving future products and services, as well as in jointly creating automation and intelligent mine with JCHX. In order to deepen the understanding of Sandvik and strengthen the cooperation and exchanges between two sides, President Rosengren sincerely invited Chairman Wang and JCHX executives to visit the factory of Sandvik in Europe. Chairman Wang accepted the invitation with pleasure.
During the meeting, President Li Zhanmin congratulated Sandvik on its development and achievements so far and expressed his sincere appreciation for the efforts made by Sandvik in increasing labor and material inputs to ensure the production capacity and timely delivery. He told President Rosengren that China's "Belt & Road" initiative has been responded by more and more countries, giving us a good opportunity as a mining enterprise to strengthen cooperation with European equipment manufacturers, and the trade and logistics between Europe and China will be more convenient in the future. Internationalization strategy of JCHX is in line with "Belt & Road" development, the cooperation between Sandvik & JCHX will definitely become closer and stronger as JCHX strengthens developments for mining automation in the future. Taking this opportunity Vice President Wang Yakun also had a brief communication with Sandvik management team in terms of product performance and technical improvements.
In the end, two parties reiterated that the meeting was a very joyful one and wished each other greater progress on the basis of complementary advantages and mutual benefit.
