March 13, JCHX won the bid for Guizhou Jinfeng (Lannigou) Gold Mine.
On March 16, the commissioning ceremony of first phase production was held, marking the prologue of shifting from development phase to mining production at the scale of 12.5 million tons per year with block caving method, Pulang Copper Mine will become the most advanced highly-equipped non-ferrous metal mine and ranking one of most developed mines in the world after ramp-up.
JCHX was again awarded the honorary title of "National Excellent Enterprise of Engineering Quality Management".
Lujiang Project won the title of "Large Taxpayer" for four consecutive years.

On April 28, JCHX Headquarters was relocated to No.12 Building, Noble Center in Fengtai Science and Technology Park and a grand housewarming ceremony was held.

On May 10, the groundbreaking ceremony of maintenance center for Master Mine Service Zambia Ltd was held.
On May 12, development and mining preparation at -785 end of Tonglushan XI ore body was successfully completed.
On May 17, leaders from Kailin Design Institute visited the JCHX and carried exchanges.
On May 26, during the meeting of Editors-In-Chief of National Nonferrous Metals Industry Enterprise Newspaper, four news articles from JCHX respectively won first, second and third prizes of the National Nonferrous Enterprises Press.

On June 15-18th, the 20th session of International Symposium on Paste Filling and Tailing Thickening was successfully held in Beijing. The meeting was jointly hosted by Beijing University of Science and Technology and the Australian Center of Geomechanics (ACG), and co-sponsored by JCHX Group Co., Ltd. and the FENY.
On June 30, JCHX held a grand ceremony to celebrate the 96th anniversary of the founding of the Chinese Communist Party and 7 advanced model workers from the front-line have presented their achievements.

A new Zambian record of 485.7 meters development per month with BM-50 was created by Chambishi Project.

On August 8, JCHX and Normet Oy (Finland) signed a joint venture agreement on mining equipment manufacturing, marksing official entry of JCHX into mining equipment manufacturing sector.
On August 9, the newly awarded project of conveyer belt construction for Kailin Phosphate Mine officially broke earth.

From September 23-25th, JCHX attended the 19th Session of China International Mining Conference & Expo in Tianjin, and drew attention from peers.

JCHX & Konkola Copper Mine Plc signed a new five-year contract with value of 500 million USD.
On October 19, JCHX successfully won the bid for Kamoa Copper Mine Project in DRC, with a total value of 24.47 million USD contract signed and the construction period is one year.
November
On November 11, Baiyu Project held a ceremony marking its official entry into the newly completed offices and living compound.
JCHX won the bid for underground mining and development works (first phase) of Jiangxi Copper Group Yinshan Mining Co., Ltd.
JCHX won the bid for Deepen & Expansion (1st phase) project at Huangchanggou Block for Guizhou Jinfeng Mining Co Ltd, with the contract value of over 169 million RMB.
Yunnan JCHX Mining Management Ltd. won the bid for Mining Production at Kylin Pit and Yuejin Pit of Yunnan Chi Hong Zinc & Germanium Co., Ltd.
On November 27, a grand housewarming ceremony was held by JCHX Central South Branch in Northwest Industrial Park of Daye, where JCHX Hubei is located.

On December 5, 20th Anniversary of JCHX and Mining Development Forum was held in Beijing Empark Grand Hotel. About 400 people including national non-ferrous metals industry experts and scholars, business delegates and representatives of the mining circle and friends from abroad attended the event.
On December 7, the scientific and technological achievement completed jointly by JCHX Mining Management Co., Ltd. and Beijing University of Science and Technology, on "Tailings Paste Treatment Engineering Laboratory Construction" successfully passed the technical review, and was highly praised by industry experts.
