20th Feb 2018, Jimond – subsidiary of JCHX in DRC, successfully completed the quarterly target at Kakula Declines Project 15 days ahead of schedule, and exceeded the original target by 132.3 meters, which was beyond the client’s expectation and brought in a bonus.

The contract for Kakula Declines was signed on 19th Oct 2017, since then all of Jimond employees have been committed to the works, with tremendous support and assistance from JCHX Headquarters as well as Overseas Division, the mobilization period was shortened by 10 days despite of the difficulties caused by mansoon, discrepancies between SA & Chinese standards, extremely poor logistics and material supplies in DRC.

Kakula Declines Project is large section development work in highly weathered rocks, which also is genuinely the first project where we implement the highest industrial standard from all aspects, hence it poses a big challenge for Jimond, and it will become a major step for JCHX on its path to globalization & world-class mining corporation.

The employees of Jimond come from different places but share one dream and target. The crew worked day and night through hardships and successfully completed the portal construction before the storming season, which laid a solid foundation for future works.

The management of project worked in concerted effort, maintained timely and efficient communications with client, while provided guidance and supervision for the team. Through encouragement from the leaderships and highly-devoted & efficient contributions by the whole team, amazing works have been done at Kakula Declines and big bonus was awarded by the client.

It is believed that Jimond has survived the ordeal and break-in period, trust from the client has been gained through our outstanding performance, brand image of JCHX is substantially enhanced, and greater confidence has been motivated among us!
