In recent days, the 60th anniversary ceremony for Jiangxi University of Science & Technology (JUST) was held in Ganzhou where Mr. Wang Qinghai, Vice Chairman of JCHX, Mr. Shao Wu, Executive VP, and Mr. Wang Yakun, VP were invited; and the opening ceremony of “Pavilion of Ascend” in the name of donation was held, with the attendance of Mr. Yang Bin, Principal of JUST, Mr. Qiu Tingxing, Deputy Principal, as well as deans and student representatives.
Mr. Wang Qinghai delivered a speech with all passion in which he mentioned that as one of the eight first metallurgical universities in China, JUST was a scientific research center cultivating talents in the realms of nonferrous and ferrous industries. Transferring more than 60 graduates to JCHX witnessed the long-term well-established relationship. In recent years, JCHX has vigorously developed five major business scopes including mine construction & contract mining, equipment manufacturing, scientific & technological research, resources development, trade of minerals, which coming closely to the goal of being a world-class mining corporation. We hope to develop further cooperation between both parties, to further contribute to mechanization, informationization, and automation in mines.
Mr. Yang Bin extended his sincere gratitude to JCHX for its long term support and care, he also pointed that as JCHX had entered into a development stage towards a Sci-tech and international mining group, the “Pavilion of Ascend” would open a new chapter of cooperation. He sincerely hopes more graduates from JUST would join JCHX to devote themselves into mining business of China.
After the opening ceremony, delegation of JCHX visited university history museum, exhibition of creative achievements by outstanding alumni and advanced sci-tech results from JUST.
