Recently its first product – Multimec, respectively of 6 tons and 10 tons, were issued with KA Certificate by Mining Products Safety Approval and Certification Center, which shall tremendously facilitate its objective of contributing to the construction of green and safe mines in China.
On 16 May 2018, Kingnor released the first Multimec product, which realized seamless transition of different carriers for various purposes on one chassis, including men carriers, fuel carriers, explosive carrier, mobile crane carrier, concrete carrier, lubricant carrier, maintenance carrier, scissor-lift carrier, and materials carrier. As part of Normet’s global supply chain, Kingnor also provides accessories of mining equipment.
The reason why Multimec was certified so fast is that:
Safety Design. Safety is the priority to mining industry. Multimec chassis is specially designed for UG mines, solid and durable. Operating cab which passed FOPS/ROPS test and high-performance LED, shall provide clear vision and smooth operation – thus creating a safe and humanized working environment. Most of maintenance work can be completed on surface. Dual-circuit braking system and anti-lock braking system shall guarantee the safety of both equipment and personnel.
Technology Advancement. As a specialized underground vehicle developed through years of experiences, the patented Multimec realizes fast shifting of functions with carriers disassembled and replaced within only two minutes, while operator even need not to leave the cab; apart from that, this fast shifting technique can facilitate multiple operations with only one chassis, enabling the safe transportation of personnel, explosives, fuel, oil, water, pipes, hoses, rock bolts to the work face, thus to tremendously improve underground productivity while reducing costs.
Quality reliability. Through optimization and humanization design, Multimec is the most reliable secret weapon for safety production. Meanwhile Kingnor also provides technical services and support to all clients, while ensuring safety production.
