Recently Mining Products Safety Approval and Certification Center conducted overall inspections on JCHX Hubei, and awarded KA certificates for its qualified split sets MF40, MF42.
As an integral part of “five business scopes”, equipment development and manufacturing are the core business of JCHX Hubei. As mechanization and mining automation is further advanced, a more important role will be played by equipment sector in promoting main businesses.
Since last year, JCHX Hubei has made tremendous efforts in researching, developing and manufacturing several products for mining purpose. As required by legislation and regulations, any products for mining purpose should be inspected by Mining Products Safety Approval and Certification Center, and awarded with KA certificates prior to being launched.
Based on Rules for On-site Assessment of Safety for Mining Products and Codes for Site Assessment, the panel conducted strict inspections on labor organization, management system, procurement control, production process control, inspection procedures, warehouse management, quality control, safety production and labor protection. The aforesaid split sets were also inspected by way of personnel interviews, random workshop inspection and sample tests. Both products were finally awarded with KA certificates as authorized by State Administration of Work Safety (SAWS) through strict, objective and impartial examination.
The panel highly recognized our efforts in safety production and awareness in legal compliance, appreciated our support during the inspection, offered valuable suggestions for production techniques, and encouraged us to develop more world-class mining equipment.
