Recently China Association for Nonferrous Metal Construction (CANC) held the Competition of Quality Control in Nonferrous Metals Constructions for 2019, where JCHX was awarded two First Prizes, five Second Prizes, and one Third Prize for its QC achievements, among which How to Improve One-time Acceptance Ratio of Collar Construction and Shaft Sinking and How to Improve Setting-out Accuracy for Drift Development & Shaft Sinking were recommended by CANC to be published at QC Achievements Exchange Meeting on National Construction for 2019.
“Leading Technology” has always been a major corporate strategy for JCHX. Particularly in recent years, it not only strengthened technical team building and de-bottlenecking, but also took big steps in technical system reform which obviously revitalized its R&D capability. JCHX technical teams, targeting at solving on-site problems, has thoroughly carried out quality control works on the basis of corporate strategy, quality guidelines and objectives; meanwhile QC groups was established comprising strong leadership, sufficient manpower, robust standards, and stimulus policies. Depending on such groups, several QC achievements have been made, which played an important role in quality improvement, cost reduction and efficiency enhancement.
The above-mentioned prizes fully demonstrated the efforts made by scientific research team and management. Looking into the future, JCHX shall continue promoting quality control, fostering more QC talents, and organizing further QC activities in a sustainable, healthy, and extensive way.
