The evaluation panel from Beijing Zhong Jian Xie Certification Center recertified the management systems regarding safety, quality, environment and occupational health (or four-in-one) of JCHX Yunnan Branch from 16th to 18th July. After stringent evaluation and review subject to specified procedures, the panel announced at the final meeting that JCHX Yunnan Branch passed the evaluation and was legitimate for a new certificate.
The panel did sample evaluation on Admin Office, Production Technology Department, Safety and Environment Protection Department, Human Resources Department, Operation Department, Equipment and Supply Department, Finance Department, Zhaotong Project subject to standards including GB/T19001-2016/ISO9001:2015; GB/T24001-2016/ISO14001:2015；GB/T 28001-2011/OHSAS18001:2007；GB/T50430-2017, documents of corporate management, applicable regulations and standards as well as other requirements.
After three-day evaluation, inspection and site visit, the panel unanimously agreed that JCHX Yunnan Branch boasts: 1. Excellent corporate culture 2. Clear managerial goals 3. Strategy-oriented development goals 4. Effective internal management system, full recognition of working procedures and risks, definite control measures 5. Satisfying realization of company objectives 6. Sound management system with customized managerial rules 7. Effective self-monitoring and internal auditing mechanisms 8. Middle-year working report reflecting comprehensive information.
In the meantime, the panel provided JCHX Yunnan Branch managerial suggestions from the perspective of operation sustainability, occupational health, impacts on environment, safety training to facilitate it in achieving better management, JCHX Yunnan Branch was required to take the reality into account, learn more about industry laws and regulations, keep better recording and make full use of it.
Despite of the fact that no rectification was required, JCHX Yunnan Branch understands fully that corporate management calls for stable improvement of managerial rules so as to ensure consistent and sound operational environment.
